With support from the Emergency Response Team (ERT), the U.S. Coast Guard drone unit, and the ATF, a search warrant was executed around 9 a.m. Authorities found 14 individuals at the property, including Reasor, who was discovered hiding behind a false wall.
The search uncovered:

- Thousands of rounds of stolen ammunition, identified as stolen from the North Bend Bi-Mart.
- 70 grams of suspected fentanyl, along with cocaine and methamphetamine.
- $692 in cash, stolen DeWalt tools, and multiple stolen watches.
Reasor was arrested and lodged at the Coos County Jail on outstanding felony and misdemeanor warrants. Another individual at the scene was also taken into custody for unrelated warrants.
