ROSEBURG, OR – Residents of Roseburg soaked up the sunshine on February 22, as the temperature climbed to 65°F, marking the warmest day of the year so far in 2025.

While the unseasonably warm weather provided a welcome break from winter’s chill, it fell short of the record high for the date 70°F, set in 2002. Meanwhile, the record low for February 22 remains 28°F, recorded in 2019.

The day also saw 0.08 inches of rain, a far cry from the record 1.49 inches set in 1949. Interestingly, last year, on the same date, Roseburg recorded 0.00 inches of rain, marking the driest February 22 on record.
