A Heartfelt Goodbye To Parrott House And A New Beginning For Fun Cuisine

A beloved chapter in Roseburg’s dining scene is coming to a close. Fun Cuisine Catering has announced it will be vacating the historic Parrott House after the property owner decided to sell the building.
In a heartfelt message to customers and guests, owners Patches and Audrey shared their sadness over leaving the iconic space, which has hosted countless meals, celebrations, and memories for the community. “This news has truly touched our hearts,” they wrote, acknowledging that the decision will be difficult for many longtime supporters.
Despite the closure, the business emphasized that this is not the end. Fun Cuisine plans to reopen at a new location in the near future as an Italian bistro, and says updates will be shared as plans take shape.
Importantly for the community, Fun Cuisine Catering will continue operating. The team will still cater and host special events, encouraging customers to keep them in mind for weddings, parties, and gatherings throughout the coming year.
To thank supporters one last time at the Parrott House, Fun Cuisine is inviting the public to stop by on their final day this Monday, offering Buy One, Get One Free on holiday meals as a gesture of appreciation.
“From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in us and sharing so many meaningful moments with us,” the owners said. “Your love and encouragement have meant more than words can express.”
