Clubhouse by Round Table Pizza in Roseburg Closing Permanently
Clubhouse by Round Table Pizza in Roseburg closes permanently Thursday due to low revenue. Manager Charles Crosier informed customers via Facebook, lamenting the loss of the restaurant's community connections. Staff are already seeking new employment.

Clubhouse by Round Table Pizza on Stewart Parkway in Roseburg will permanently close its doors at 8 p.m. Thursday. Store manager Charles Crosier said the staff was informed of the decision last week, attributing the closure primarily to insufficient revenue. After weeks of nearly all revenue being directed toward payroll and minimal support from the franchise, closure became unavoidable.
Crosier initially announced the news publicly via Facebook on Tuesday morning, after privately informing his Sunday regular customers, many of whom were churchgoers, about the closure.
"We were really the last outlier," Crosier explained, referencing the fact that Oregon locations outside the Portland area have become increasingly rare. According to Round Table's website, the Roseburg restaurant was the only remaining Oregon location outside of Portland's 13 locations, with most others concentrated in California, Washington, and Texas.
Five of the restaurant’s eight employees have already secured job interviews or new employment opportunities, Crosier noted. Despite these new beginnings, he expressed sorrow at losing the daily interactions and sense of community fostered by their regular customers.
“One regular, an Evergreen Medical employee, often purchased food multiple times a week for her coworkers. She immediately visited after hearing about our closure, knowing it would be her last chance,” Crosier shared.
Clubhouse by Round Table Pizza initially opened in Roseburg in 2017 following extensive renovations and hiring 45 employees. It featured amenities such as a sports bar, arcade, and rental party rooms.
