WINSTON, Ore. — Domino’s in Winston will host a special community night on Sunday, Dec. 1, donating half of all sales from 5–8 p.m. to support the Winston-Dillard Food Bank. The event will also serve as a meet-the-owner night for franchise owner Angelique Martinez, who recently took ownership of the Winston location.

During the event, customers who bring canned food donations will receive $1 off any purchase. Guests can also participate in activities and giveaways, including an “Avoid the Noid Dough Toss” for chances to win gift cards, Domino’s merchandise, and even a chance at Free Pizza for a Year.

Martinez, who is available for interviews, began her career with Domino’s in 2016 as a single mother commuting to work by bicycle. Through several years of dedication and advancement within the company, she now celebrates ownership of her first franchise here in Winston.

“My team and I look forward to connecting with the community and raising funds for an amazing cause,” Martinez said. “I genuinely love this area and want people to know that we are here to support our community and serve delicious food made with love. Although we carry a corporate name, Winston Domino’s is a female-led, locally owned and operated business.”

Martinez says her goal is to help address food insecurity in the region.

“I want to make sure families have access to food and little bellies are fed,” she added.

The event will take place at Domino’s, located at 160 N.W. Main St., Winston, on Dec. 1 from 5–8 p.m. Domino’s will collect canned goods and donate a portion of sales directly to the Winston-Dillard Food Bank.
