Warrant
Markus Clinton Miller, 33, arrested after officers reported a confirmed Douglas County Circuit Court warrant and he allegedly resisted during an attempt to take him into custody

Details: Officers contacted Miller after he was reportedly trespassing. Officers said they knew he had the listed warrant and attempted to take him into custody. Officers reported Miller resisted arrest and showed signs of recent methamphetamine use. His warrant was confirmed and he was transported to Douglas County Corrections. Officers reported his parole officer also issued a detainer for a parole violation.
Disposition: Miller was lodged at Corrections.
Littering
Martin Olen Solinger, 57, arrested after officers reported a camp with trash spread around Deer Creek Park and he was allegedly camping in a restricted area

Details: Solinger was contacted at Deer Creek Park after officers reported he was camping in a restricted area and in a restricted manner. Officers reported his camp had trash spread around in every direction. He was arrested for littering in or near waters and prohibited camping (criminal), and officers reported he was additionally cited for having a prohibited weapon in a park.
Disposition: Solinger was lodged at Douglas County Corrections.
Littering
Ashleigh Nicole Green, 42, arrested after officers reported multiple people camping in a tent near Deer Creek Park and she allegedly had an active Roseburg Municipal Court warrant

Details: Green, Bradley, and Hardesty were found camping in a tent on the south side of Deer Creek Park. Officers reported all three were in violation of time/place/manner stipulations in city ordinance. Officers reported Green admitted the tent and camp belonged to her and that Bradley and Hardesty were visiting. Officers reported Green had an active Roseburg Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear.
Disposition: Green was lodged at Corrections. Bradley and Hardesty were cited and released.

William Douglas Chorba, 40, arrested after officers reported he was contacted and found to have an active warrant

Details: Officer contacted Chorba, who was reported to have a warrant for his arrest. Dispatch confirmed the warrant and he was taken into custody.

Stephanie Marie Collins, 36, arrested after officers reported a disturbance call led them to a trailer where she allegedly had a State Parole Board warrant

Details: Officers responded to a disturbance and reported they could hear Collins inside a trailer. Officers reported they knew she had the listed warrant and called out, but she refused to exit. Officers reported she was taken into custody without incident, her warrant was confirmed, and she was transported to Douglas County Corrections.
Disposition: Collins was lodged at Corrections.
Trespass
Michael Ray Dimock, 38, arrested after officers reported he allegedly trespassed inside a residence and was later found with metal knuckles

Details: Officers reported Dimock trespassed into the bottom floor of a residence before being confronted by a neighbor. Officers reported Dimock fled and was later found on railroad property nearby. During a search, officers reported Dimock had metal knuckles in his pocket and was a convicted felon.
Disposition: Dimock was lodged at Corrections.
Warrant
Jacob Ryan Chaffee, 27, arrested after officers reported a call about a firearm complaint led to contact at a tent and dispatch confirmed a Lane County warrant

Details: Officer responded to a report that Chaffee was pointing a gun at others at The Point. Officers reported locating an airsoft pistol at a dumpster and later located Chaffee in a nearby tent. Officers reported people at The Point said they did not see anything and did not know why officers were there. Dispatch advised Chaffee had a Lane County warrant, which was confirmed shortly after.
Disposition: Chaffee was lodged at Corrections.
Theft
Tangerae Troy Terry, 30, and Brandon Lee Schmidt, 31, arrested after officers reported stolen bowling balls were located following an attempted Facebook sale

Details: Police reported that on 1/26 Peyton Johnson reported the theft of three bowling balls from 10 Down Bowling. On 1/28 officers contacted Terry and Schmidt at Diamond Lake Chevron after they reportedly agreed to sell the items to a third party on Facebook.
Disposition: Terry and Schmidt were taken into custody and lodged at Corrections.
