MYRTLE CREEK, Ore. — On Saturday, November 29, the community gathered in the Ray’s Shopping Center to celebrate the grand opening of Stuff N' Things, a new antique and vintage treasure shop born from decades of local legacy.

The store is led by Brittany Johnson, whose roots in the antique world run generations deep. Her parents owned the well-known “Winston Now N Then Antique Mall” for 19 years, along with Wilbur Auction for more than 25 years. For Brittany, antiques were not just items on shelves but the stories, memories, and relationships built around them.

“Growing up, I was always around items with history. When my parents closed their store, I didn’t want that sense of community to disappear,” Brittany said during our interview. “Opening Stuff N' Things was a spur-of-the-moment choice, but it felt right. Instead of saying goodbye, I wanted to say hello in a new way.”

She shared that closing the Winston shop was emotional for her family and their long-time customers who had supported them across Oregon and beyond. “We formed relationships with people from everywhere. Saying goodbye was one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to do. This store gives us a way to keep that alive.”

Brittany also expressed deep gratitude for the support surrounding the new chapter. “I couldn’t have done this without the people who followed my parents for so many years. My husband has been a huge support. The community around me has been amazing.”

Stuff N' Things features curated antiques, eclectic finds, vintage decor, photography, and hand-selected items that celebrate the charm of Oregon living. Brittany brings her personal values of honesty, compassion, honor, and respect into every interaction. Her energy, humor, and passion shine through, from her love of coffee to her love of llamas.

Visitors can explore the shop at 875 South Main Street, Myrtle Creek, a few doors down from Ray’s. Brittany is active on social media and invites the community to follow along:
