Subway Reopens on Stewart Parkway in Roseburg
The Subway on Stewart Parkway in Roseburg has reopened under new ownership. Now operated by Utahsubs, the location features a drive-thru and is open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. It joins their other stores in Myrtle Creek and Canyonville, with 10 to 12 employees staffing the shop.

ROSEBURG, Ore. — The Subway sandwich shop on Northwest Stewart Parkway has officially reopened, bringing back fresh subs and a convenient drive-thru option for Roseburg residents.
The store had been closed since late last year but is now under new ownership. The location is being operated by Utahsubs, which also runs Subway franchises in Myrtle Creek and Canyonville.
According to franchisee Sharnjit Mahil, the Stewart Parkway location is one of the few Subways in the region with a drive-thru window, offering added convenience for customers on the go.
The shop is now open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a team of 10 to 12 employees staffing the store.
Subway remains one of the largest fast-food chains in the United States, boasting over 20,000 locations nationwide as of early 2025.
