The Roseburg Police Department will host National Drug Take Back Day on Friday, Oct. 24, 2025, from 8 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1–5 p.m. at 700 SE Douglas Ave. Residents can safely and anonymously dispose of unwanted or expired medications. Illicit substances will not be accepted.

173rd Fighter Wing holding Memorial Day flyovers for Southern Oregon

F-15 jets from the 173rd Fighter Wing will perform Memorial Day flyovers across southern Oregon on Monday, May 26, to honor fallen service members. Locations include Klamath Falls, Roseburg, Reedsport, Gold Beach, Brookings, Grants Pass, and Eagle Point.
