Police have arrested a 21 year old Roseburg man accused of killing a four month old puppy during a FaceTime call. Investigators say blood was visible in the video, and the suspect’s girlfriend reported escalating abuse. He remains in custody on multiple felony animal abuse charges.

Man Arrested After Investigation Into Suspected Fentanyl-Related Death in Green District
