Roseburg Man Arrested on Felony Assault Charge Roseburg Police arrested Justin Jones early Saturday on felony assault charges after he allegedly admitted to kicking a woman in the ribs. The victim reported difficulty breathing and feared broken ribs. Jones is held without bail at Douglas County Corrections.
