Bandon Man Indicted on Hundreds of Charges Tied to Game Park Investigation
A Bandon man has been indicted on 371 charges tied to the West Coast Game Park, including hundreds of animal neglect counts, wildlife violations, drug crimes, and unlawful possession of a machine gun. Prosecutors also added a felony racketeering charge.

BANDON, Ore. — A Coos County grand jury has returned a sweeping indictment against 53-year-old Brian Scott Tenney of Bandon, following an investigation into the West Coast Game Park.
Court records show Tenney faces 371 charges, including 316 counts of second-degree animal neglect, elevated to felonies because they involve more than 11 animals at a time. He is also accused of six counts of first-degree animal neglect leading to serious injury or death, along with additional charges for the unlawful possession of wildlife and violations related to the care of captive deer.
The indictment also includes 29 counts of improper wildlife care, plus single charges of reckless endangerment and unlawful possession of a machine gun. Authorities further allege Tenney committed drug crimes involving methamphetamine and cocaine.
Because of the broad range of offenses, prosecutors have added a racketeering charge, a Class A felony under Oregon law.
