Elmer’s Returns to Roseburg with New Breakfast & Brunch Location
Elmer’s is returning to Roseburg with a new location at 3030 Northwest Aviation Drive, offering breakfast, brunch, and mimosas. The 4,950 sq. ft. restaurant will feature fan favorites and create 30-40 new jobs. The grand opening is set for late spring or early summer.
Roseburg, OR – Elmer’s, a beloved Pacific Northwest restaurant chain, is making a triumphant return to the Roseburg community with a brand-new location and a fresh concept: Elmer’s Kitchen Breakfast – Brunch – Mimosas. The restaurant is set to open later this year at 3030 Northwest Aviation Drive, the former site of Shari’s Café and Pies.
The new 4,950-square-foot restaurant will serve breakfast and lunch daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., offering a modern twist on the classic Elmer’s experience. The Roseburg location will be company-owned and situated just north of the restaurant’s former site, which closed after 24 years due to the franchise operator’s retirement and property redevelopment.
Jerry Scott, President and CEO of Elmer’s Restaurants, expressed excitement about the return to Roseburg. “We heard from so many guests who missed having Elmer’s in Roseburg, and we’re thrilled to bring it back,” Scott said. “This new location allows us to continue serving the community with the same genuine hospitality and freshly prepared entrees, now in an updated and refreshed space.”
The menu will feature Elmer’s signature emphasis on fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional flavors. Fan favorites like the German Pancake, Looking for Sun Omelet, Bacon & Tillamook Cheddar Potato Pancakes, and Classic Mimosa will be front and center, ensuring a familiar yet elevated dining experience.
“Everything we do at Elmer’s is done to support our three-word mission statement: ‘Delight Our Guests,’” Scott added.
Elmer’s Vice President Jill Ramos shared that the restaurant will create 30 to 40 new jobs in the community. Hiring will begin approximately one month before the opening, with applications available this spring on the company’s website: www.eatatelmers.com/careers.
The new Elmer’s Kitchen Breakfast – Brunch – Mimosas is expected to open in late spring or early summer, marking the 25th Elmer’s location across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, California, and Arizona.
