SNAPPED! ON STAGE AT UACT BEGINNING OCTOBER 7TH

KQEN News Radio

Umpqua Actors Community Theatre has the production, “SNAPPED!” on stage beginning this Thursday, October 9th.

Notes from the play say Lester discovers he can snap his fingers and stop time! This newfound power makes him feel confident, but it also changes how he acts, straining his friendships. When the school bully targets him and the Federal Bureau of Investigation gets involved, Lester finds himself in deeper trouble. In the end, he realizes that pretending to be someone else, even bullying others, isn’t the solution. With the support of his friends, he learns to embrace his true self and stand up for himself, without relying on his power.

Tickets for “SNAPPED!” are $17 for adults and $12 for kids aged 12 and under. Season tickets and passes cannot be used with this production. To purchase tickets, go to www.uact-theatre.com, or call UACT at 673-2125.

The 100 percent student-led production is a fundraiser for the Douglas County youth performers who are going to New York City during spring break of 2026. All proceeds from this production will go directly to the youth travelers who are participating in this fundraiser.
