Details: Officers responded to Walmart after loss prevention reported Campbell shoplifting. Police reported she admitted to taking several items of merchandise.

Warrant Arrest
Daniel Charles McCarthy, 60, arrested and lodged

Details: Police reported officers contacted McCarthy under the Stewart Park Pavilion at a camp in violation of the camping ordinance. Police reported a warrant was confirmed and he was detained without issue. Police reported he was found concealing throwing stars and brass knuckles and did not have a concealed carry permit.

Assault on a Police Officer

Details: Police reported officers attempted to help Cordova get into the women’s shelter but she was denied entry. Police reported Cordova attempted to punch officers twice (blocked) and then kicked an officer in the groin. She was taken into custody without further incident.

Criminal Trespass
Shelena Delores Rose, 33, arrested and lodged

Details: Police reported Rose walked into the unlocked back door of Neeley’s residence and entered without being invited; police reported the residents did not know her. She was detained without issue and transported to Douglas County Corrections.
