Details: Officers responded to Walmart after loss prevention reported Campbell shoplifting. Police reported she admitted to taking several items of merchandise.

Charge(s): Prohibited Camping (Violation); RPD Warrant—Failure to Appear (Providing False Information to a Police Officer); Carrying of Concealed Weapons

Details: Police reported officers contacted McCarthy under the Stewart Park Pavilion at a camp in violation of the camping ordinance. Police reported a warrant was confirmed and he was detained without issue. Police reported he was found concealing throwing stars and brass knuckles and did not have a concealed carry permit.

Details: Police reported Atterbury refused to leave the Jersey Lilly after being asked multiple times and was taken into custody without incident.

Details: Police reported officers attempted to help Cordova get into the women’s shelter but she was denied entry. Police reported Cordova attempted to punch officers twice (blocked) and then kicked an officer in the groin. She was taken into custody without further incident.

Person(s): Shelena Delores Rose, 33 (Roseburg); Shawn Robert Neeley, 30 (Roseburg) (victim)

Charge(s): Criminal Trespass in the First Degree

Details: Police reported Rose walked into the unlocked back door of Neeley’s residence and entered without being invited; police reported the residents did not know her. She was detained without issue and transported to Douglas County Corrections.
