Details: Police reported Oviatt was westbound on NE Diamond Lake Blvd and Snyder was northbound on NE Winchester from SE Jackson St. Police reported witness statements indicated Oviatt ran a red light and struck Snyder. Police reported Oviatt was transported to Mercy Medical Center for complaints of pain in his head and left arm, and both vehicles were towed by Roseburg Towing.

Details: Police reported a resident called dispatch saying Leffler was standing on his front porch and behaving strangely.
