Charge(s): Warrant — Parole Violation (Community Corrections); Warrant — Burglary 1, Theft 1 x 2, Theft 3, Burglary 2 and Theft 2 (Sutherlin PD)

Details: Police reported officers contacted Moore and he was found to have several warrants for his arrest. Police reported the warrants were confirmed and he was taken into custody. Police reported Moore was found to be in possession of a user amount of methamphetamine.

Disposition: Moore was lodged on the warrants and cited for UP Meth.

Person(s): Jessica Lynn Mara Gater, 38 (Roseburg)

Charge(s): Theft II

Details: Police reported Gater was contacted on the sidewalk near McDonald’s where she had a tarp tied to a Walmart shopping cart to make a small shelter. Police reported the cart also contained Gater’s possessions. Police reported Gater has been cited before for possessing Walmart shopping carts.

Disposition: Gater was cited and released on scene for Theft II. Police reported the cart was returned to Walmart.

Details: Police reported officers were dispatched regarding a possible motorcycle crash. Police reported Driver 1 stated she was stopped in the left-hand lane of the intersection, which was a left-turn-only lane. Police reported when the light turned green, Driver 1 continued straight through the intersection, which caused Driver 2 to crash into Driver 1. Police reported neither driver was injured and both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene.

Disposition: Hobbs was cited for the listed violation.

Details: Police reported officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle crash with lane blockage and a damaged power pole. Police reported Driver 2 was immediately transported to Mercy Medical Center by ambulance. Police reported officers learned from witness statements and dash camera footage that Driver 1 was driving eastbound on NE Stewart Pkwy, failed to stop at the red light at NE Airport St, and crashed into Vehicle 2. Police reported Vehicle 1 was towed by Joe’s Towing and Vehicle 2 was towed by Roseburg Towing, and Pacific Power responded to repair the power pole.

Disposition: Driver 1 was issued a citation for the listed violation.

Details: Police reported Flanagan reported Osborne violated a restraining order by contacting her through a third party. Police reported officers confirmed Osborne was not to have contact through a third party. Police reported Osborne later admitted to sending messages to a third party to contact Flanagan, and he was arrested.

Disposition: Lodged at Corrections.

Charge(s): Trespass II; Criminal Mischief II; 2 Felony Warrants out of DCSO; 2 Felony Warrants out of RPD

Vehicle(s): 2005 GMC Sierra; 2003 Range Rover Discovery

Details: Police reported Bedwell was witnessed breaking into the toolbox of a truck parked on the car lot. Police reported he was located hiding in another vehicle on the lot and detained. Police reported that during the investigation it was discovered Bedwell had damaged several other vehicles parked at the location. Police reported he also had four felony warrants for his arrest and was arrested and transported to DCC.

Disposition: Bedwell was lodged at DCC.
