Charge(s): Warrant — Roseburg Municipal Court (Fail to Appear)

Details: Officers contacted Allen near Cattle Dogs Indoor Golf after he was reported to be camping on the property. Allen had an active warrant for his arrest from the Roseburg Municipal Court for Failure to Appear.

Disposition: Lodged at Corrections. Allen’s dog was taken to Saving Grace.

Person(s): Roxanna Kathleen Cyr, 50 (Roseburg)

Charge(s): Warrant — Roseburg Municipal Court (Fail to Appear)

Details: VA officers detained Cyr while she was on VA property. Cyr had an active warrant for her arrest from the Roseburg Municipal Court for Failure to Appear. Roseburg PD officers responded to the VA property and transported Cyr to Corrections.

Disposition: Lodged at Corrections.

Charge(s): Both: Criminal Trespass I

Details: A Central Oregon Pacific Railroad worker saw Jackson and Patzer walking south on the railroad tracks behind Les Schwab and called an officer to report it. Patzer and Jackson were contacted near the south lot of the business while walking on the tracks.

Disposition: Both were cited and released on scene.

Charge(s): UUV; Possession of a Stolen Vehicle; UP Meth (Felony); UD Meth; Possession of a Fictitious Identification x 7; False Information to a Police Officer; Warrant — PV (Clackamas County)

Vehicle(s): 2003 Ford F150

Details: Police reported an officer got behind a vehicle and learned the plate returned as stolen. Officers stopped the vehicle and detained the driver, who identified himself as “Peter Washovsky.” Police reported the vehicle also returned stolen, and the driver had no identification. During a search, officers located numerous fictitious identifications with his photograph, printers and photo paper, along with more than twelve grams of methamphetamine. Police reported he was later identified as Nikita Bykov and found to have a warrant out of Clackamas County.

Disposition: Bykov was lodged at Corrections, and the vehicle was towed by Roseburg Towing.

Person(s): Danya Erikovich Czernowski, 34 (Roseburg) (suspect); Barbara Rontree (victim)

Charge(s): Burglary II; Criminal Mischief I; Warrant — PV (RPD)

Details: Police reported officers responded to a report of a male inside a vacant residence on SE Pine Street. A maintenance worker reported seeing a male inside, who left before officers arrived. Police reported the suspect kicked numerous holes in sheetrock, broke several windows, and urinated on the floor, with damage exceeding $1,000. Police reported Czernowski was located in the area, matched the description, admitted being in the residence, and admitted to some of the damage. Police reported he also had a warrant for PV.

Disposition: Czernowski was lodged at Corrections.

Person(s): Noah Christopher Banks, 45 (Roseburg)

Charge(s): Warrant — Prohibited Camping (RPD)

Details: Officers contacted Banks and learned he had a warrant for his arrest. Police reported the warrant was confirmed and he was taken into custody.

Disposition: Banks was lodged at Corrections.

Person(s): Rosalinda Trujillo, 33 (Roseburg)

Charge(s): Warrant — Roseburg Police Department (DUII)

Vehicle(s): Silver 2006 Dodge Magnum

Details: Police reported an officer observed the vehicle had expired registration and initiated a traffic stop. Police reported dispatch advised Trujillo had an active warrant out of RPD for DUII, which was confirmed. Police reported Trujillo was detained without incident and a valid driver took possession of her vehicle.

Disposition: Trujillo was lodged at Corrections.

Person(s): Kassandra Grace Lopez Walker, 30 (Roseburg) (suspect); Christopher Jay Morris, 31 (Roseburg) (victim)

Charge(s): Harassment

Details: Police reported that during an argument, Christopher threw an empty can at Kassandra, hitting her in the leg. Police reported Kassandra shoved Christopher in the back as he was walking away. Police reported Kassandra chose not to pursue criminal charges as a victim, while Christopher wanted to pursue charges against Kassandra.

Disposition: Kassandra was cited and released.

Person(s): Christopher Scott Harrell, 46 (Roseburg)

Charge(s): Trespass in the second degree

Details: Police reported Harrell returned to Liberty Christian Fellowship Church after previously being trespassed earlier in the day. Police reported he was taken into custody and cited accordingly.

Charge(s): Warrant — FTA for Trespass II; Fail to report as a sex offender (Eugene Police Department)

Details: Police reported officers contacted Martinez at an address on W. Harvard and learned he had a failure-to-appear warrant out of the Eugene Police Department. Police reported the warrant was confirmed and he was taken into custody.
