Roseburg Mayor to Deliver 2026 State of the City Address Jan. 12
Roseburg Mayor Larry Rich will deliver the city’s 2026 State of the City address at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 12, during the first City Council meeting of the year at City Hall. The presentation will also be streamed live online.
ROSEBURG, Ore. — Larry Rich will present the City of Roseburg’s 2026 State of the City address during the first City Council meeting of the year on Monday, Jan. 12.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. at Roseburg City Hall, located at 900 SE Douglas Ave. The public may attend in person or watch the meeting live through the City of Roseburg website and the city’s Facebook page. A Microsoft PowerPoint slideshow will accompany the mayor’s address.
City officials said a video of the meeting will be available on the city’s website the following day. The State of the City address, slideshow, and the annual Year-End Report are expected to be posted online as the “State of the City Message.”
In addition to the address, the agenda includes reports on commission chair and member appointments, a discussion regarding the Homeless Commission, an appropriation transfer affecting the fiscal year 2025–26 Grant Fund, and a proposed fee schedule modification that would allow the Umpqua Valley Tennis Center to offer month-to-month adult memberships for renovated outdoor courts.
