ROSEBURG — Adapt Integrated Health Care, HIV Alliance and Douglas Public Health Network will host Douglas County’s third annual International Overdose Awareness Day on Saturday, Aug. 23, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Stewart Park Pavilion in Roseburg.

Organizers say the free, family-friendly gathering will bring the community together to honor lives lost to overdose, support people in recovery, and raise awareness about prevention and hope.

This year’s theme, “One Big Family,” underscores the role of connection, compassion and community support in responding to the overdose crisis.

All community members are welcome to attend.
