Roseburg City Council Rejects Campground Site, Releases Report, and Declines Fireworks Ban

A 65-year-old Roseburg man, David Knott, died Monday evening after a single-vehicle crash on Old Highway 99 South near Dillard. His vehicle left the road and bystanders attempted CPR, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
