Waldron’s Outdoor Sports Relocating to Expanded Store on NE Stephens Street
Waldron’s Outdoor Sports in Roseburg is moving to a larger location at 450 NE Stephens Street, opening April 1. The new store will feature an expanded archery range, firearms selection, and fishing section. The current location remains open through March 27 with a blowout sale ahead of the move.

Waldron’s Outdoor Sports in Roseburg is preparing for an exciting move to a new location in town. The family-owned business will keep its current store open through March 27, 2025, before officially reopening at its new home—the former Carquest building (previously Kings Table) at 450 NE Stephens Street—on April 1.
To prepare for the transition, Waldron’s has been running a blowout sale for several months, helping clear inventory while spreading the word about the relocation. “We have been blowing out some inventory for the past couple of months getting ready for the move. This blowout sale has given us the opportunity to educate customers on our plans with the move,” said Todd Black, co-owner of Waldron’s Outdoor Sports.
The new store, slightly larger than the current one, offers a layout that aligns with the vision of owners Todd and his son Brody Black, who run the business as a father-son team. The new location will feature several exciting expansions, including:
- An enhanced archery section with a range for youth education and winter shooting leagues.
- A larger firearms wall, offering an expanded selection of new and used options.
- A more extensive fishing section, guided by local experts on the best baits and gear.
- Customer favorites, such as Crispi Boots and HO water sports products, will remain available.
- Oakley Sunglasses selection may soon expand to include Costa brand glasses.
As a family deeply rooted in the Roseburg area, the Blacks share a passion for the region’s diverse outdoor experiences—from the beaches and rivers to the mountains and deserts. “We are a family that was born and raised in the Roseburg area. Our goal is to offer products that help make outdoor adventures as successful, enjoyable, and safe as possible,” said Todd Black.
With Waldron’s nearing its 50th year in business, the team is excited to embark on this new chapter. Shoppers can visit the original location through March 27 for special deals and details about the move. Beginning April 1, Waldron’s will welcome customers to its new store, ready to continue serving Roseburg’s outdoor enthusiasts for years to come.
